Purpose of this treatment:
It will be the answer to your query, answer your request or solve the question raised. In this case, your personal data will be kept for the time necessary to answer your query and will subsequently be blocked for as long as it is essential to comply with the legal obligations to which the company is bound.

Legitimation:
Based on the provision of consent, FUNDACIÓ PRIVADA DAU is entitled to process the data of the interested party provided through the contact request, and in accordance with the legitimate interest for the development and maintenance of business relationships.
Conservation periods:
The data will be kept until the moment in which the interested party requests the cancellation or deletion of their data and once deleted they will be kept for a maximum period of 5 calendar years available to the public administration, judges and courts, for the attention and defense of the possible responsibilities arising from the treatment.

Conservation period:
We will keep your data for a maximum of two years unless you tell us otherwise, and subsequently for the time necessary to comply with legal obligations or until you request their deletion.
Clients / suppliers
Data collected:
Name, surname, ID, professional contact address,
email, contact telephone number.
Purpose:
the management of the contractual relationship of the service.
Legitimation:
The existing legal or contractual relationship necessary for the provision of the service.
Conservation periods:
The data will be kept for the time necessary for the purpose of the treatment or deletion of the same, and once it is finalized or deleted, it may be kept for a period of six years at the disposal of the public administrations, judges and courts, for the attention and defense of the possible responsibilities arising from the treatment.
Access control and security
Data collected:
Name and surname, ID and images.
Purpose:
Control access and internal security management of the DAU Private Foundation facilities, as well as carry out the correct control in terms of risk prevention.
Legitimation:
legitimate interest in guaranteeing the security of the facilities by the owner, which justifies the registration of data in the access control and that the images are necessarily captured when accessing these facilities.
Conservation periods:
The data will be kept for a maximum period of one month, unless it is necessary to keep them for a longer time because it is convenient to clarify any infraction or illegal act detected.
In the case of the data collected at reception for access control (name, surname and ID), the data will be kept for one year and after this they will be duly destroyed.
Rights
It is reported that users have the right to access, rectify, delete their data as well as the right to limit the treatment and portability of their data in the cases set out in Regulation (EU) 216/679 General Data Protection ( GDPR).
In the event that the treatment is based on consent, the user can always revoke the consent for the treatment of their data.

In the event that users see their rights violated, they may file the corresponding claim with the Spanish Agency for Data Protection (www.agpd.es). Data provided
The data requested by the different channels enabled are those strictly necessary to meet your request, which the interested party communicates voluntarily. The refusal to provide the data certified as mandatory will imply the non-provision or the impossibility of accessing the service for which they were requested. Likewise, in those cases in which third party data is provided, the Interested Party undertakes to inform them of the content of this privacy policy.
The interested party undertakes to notify Fundació Privada DAU as soon as possible of any modification and rectification of their personal data so that the information contained in the Records of Activities of Fundació Privada DAU, are in all updated moment.
